i think its about time i updated!
first off, sorry i haven't really seen anybody for the longest time ever, i've been so busy with my flying and what not. this week i met some of the BEST flyers knows world wide among the rc heli hobby, and they all came to toronto, these guys are rediculously amazing. i'll try to put up a link of them flying. the weird thing about it is that all these guys are like 12-19 years old, and they are sponsored by the biggest rc companies, so they get everything free.
it was a fairly nice weekend minus all the hot weather, right now i've got the worst farmers tan EVER. we need to go to a beach so i can work on tanning the rest. let me know when u guys are doing something (movies, hockey, etc...)
oh ya, so like i was saying, i've been really busy, and i've been spending a lot of $$ too, i just put together a new computer, and i just finished putting together a helicopter. anyways, thats my update, if u guys want to come to the flying field 1 day, let me know, i'll try to work something out, depending on the days, i usually stay there a while. anyways, i think i have a link with those guys flying helis from another fun fly!

i figured its about time i update!
anywho, as most of u know i broke my arm, luckily its not as bad as i first thought, and i should be back to normal after 5 weeks! the specialist said that its a small break/fracture (i'm still not sure which) right near the elbow and they can't put a cast of it cause its too close to the elbow. i was told to excercise it for a couple of weeks and if it doesn't get better then i have to go and get therapy. actually it feels normal right now but very weak at certain angles. the worst part of all of this is that it happened right at the beginning of the summer, the best part at first was that i got some time off from work, but now it seems like i should be going back to work, i kinda miss it!
out of all of this, the fact that i can't fly is what's hurting me the most. i was having such a good time during the spring, but all good things come to an end!
there's been lots of talk about the city closing down our flying field because the neighbouring dog park guys are complaining about our flying. i was just wondering if any of u guys know of what we could do to keep it open or any action i can take that would help with the cities decision to keep the club open. its the only club that allows helis and planes to fly within an hours drive! any suggestions will help.
well thats been my life for the last month or so. i was planning a trip to england but with all the time i'm getting off from work, and the fact that i'm still in my probation period doesn't help me much. so i might have to wait till winter or next year to go. 1 more thing, i watched over the hedge and i thought it was pretty funny, i also saw MI:3 and it was alright too. next up is x-men, i'm getting mixed comments from people. anyways take care guys!

hey guys hows eerything going? i hope school is going alright with u all, this entry is mostly an apology for now being able to do anything with u guys during the week, i was always stuck at work. i know u probably don't want to hear this, but i'm going through quite a bit of thinking now that i'm done school. it seems like i have to do more schooling to better myself. technician jobs are interesting but its too slow getting anywhere. i'm thinking of doing some more work on the side like studying insurance and becoming a general insurance broker while i stick with electronic. anyways, thats been my life for the past few months. on the other hand if i try to get into university and study electronics engineering like i did in college, its gonna be another 4 years at least because they don't recognize community college. also, its another X amount of money i don't have right now. anyways, thats my update, if u have any suggestions hook a brother up! LOL c ya later!
oh and lemme know when u guys r doing something again!

wow, i've never been so bored out of my mind be4. here i am looking for a job, my life has suddenly been downgraded from student, to absolutely nothing! it doesn't matter when i sleep or when i wake up anymore. its not a good feeling, and i've become so lazy, i had some work to do on my planes and helicopters, but i quickly and anxiously finished all that stuff. mom sometimes wakes me up like 12 or 1 pm and asks me to help her clean the house. after i finish that i go searching for jobs online, or in the news papers. but everything is dead after christmas, i'm hoping by late january everything would pick up again. my old job hasn't taken me back because 1 of their major suppliers has messed up their product and they have been trying to fix it for the last 5 months (since i was last there). now my (old) company is losing business and they can't take co-ops back. anyways, thats all i really had to talk about, i know most of u r in ur last semesters so good luck and take care until we meet again!

okay, so i've got braces but only in the top for now, then next month i get the bottom in as well! the orthodontist says they'll be in for a year and a half. i got them on friday, and its taking me a while to get used to. the worst part is, i have 3 exams spread out over 2 days, and they start on monday!! YEY! anywho, sorry i haven't been on LJ lately, but i've been a little busy. i finally finished building my new plane, and i had goofy as my pilot, unfortuately he broke off cause of all the engine vibrations during the test flight! as soon as i get a digital camera i'll try to post some pix, but for now u'll have to wait. its actually a pretty cool plane, too bad winter is on its way and i won't be able to fly it until next spring. there are a few guys at the club that fly during the winter months but i'd rather not be out there in the cold. i know its a lot of information in a short entry, but thats because i have to get back to studying. take care everyone, and try to post if possible!

well i'm back from australia, for those of u who didn't know, i went to australia for 3 weeks and now i'm back, i've been back for a week or so, just haven't had much time to do anything yet! i'm still emptying out my bag little by little. anyways it was pretty fun down there, i have lotsa family down there and we had a good time. i'll try to get some pix up later on but i have to get settled in first. it was kinda cool cause we went to visit the island where they shot Mission impossible 2, it was at the end and there was a helicopter and everything. anyways i'll c if i can get some pix up. till we meet again, take care everyone!

okay, sorry i haven't really gotten back to anyone on phone calls and about hockey and such. i've been kinda busy, first of all i'm building a new plane and its taking me a while. second thing, my uncle is here from england with his family and we've been kinda busy to say the least, its been fun though. also, i'm going to australia august 16th, wish me luck. hopefuly i'll be back on the 7th of sept or so, maybe the 9th, i can't remember. by then u guys will probably be back in school, so good luck there. i know its kinda short but its all the time i have right now, so peace out guys and gals!

okay, i can't believe i'm saying this, but i'm finally done 5th semester, just 1 more semester to go and i'll be all done! however, now i'm going back to work to make some cash and hopefuly i might be able to travel down to australia at the end of the summer. oh, lets not forget, spending more money on RC, it shudnt be too bad this time around though cause i don't have to buy an expensive heli. anywho, i'm done exams, if u guys r doing anything in the evenings lemme know, but i start work on monday, and the hours r kinda weird, like 7:30 - 4, so usually i get home around 4:30-5ish, call me up if u guys r doing anything, later ppl!

okay, i guess i haven't u[dated in a while, and in all honesty, its gonna be boring cause theres really nothing new.
i got my midterms back finally, i did alright in most of them except for 1, digital communications, which i totally bombed, not literally cause i'm not that kind of arab. but hopefuly the second half of the semester goes better. oh, and i completely wasted my reading week, i was supposed to get so much studying done, or at least stuff around the house, and i didn't even get to do that.
i'm sure most of us have had enough of winter, I for 1 can't wait till the summer to get out there and fly my helicopter, unfortunately the best time to start is around the middle of may, and it seems like i still have a while to go! anyways, everyone should update more often, cause i don't remember the last time some of u guys updated cause its been so long... c ya

okay ppl, hows everything going? i hope the break went well for u guys, i personally felt it was a little short. anywho,everything is going okay here with me, i've just started 3rd year first semester. my co-op job went well, they asked if i could come back next semester, and i'm pretty sure i'll be going back to them. they might even offer me a job after i graduate. the reason i'm posting is because not many of u guys post anymore, and i have to say i haven't been much better, but i try every now and then. and to abbey, i hope the trip went okay with u, how was everything over there? were u guys at all affected by the earth quake?
oh and as u all might already know i did get a helicopter, i just don't know how to fly it yet, i also had to get a simulator for the helicopter so i can learn to fly it. hopefuly by spring time u guys will be able to c it in action. i also got 2 more planes, one fully built but harder to fly than my trainer, and the other looks nice but isn't fully built yet. i'll also get rid of my trainer come summer time, at least thats what it looks like right now. i won't be keeping these two planes, i'll probably build up the last 1 and then sell it. my goal is to have 1 reliable plane, 1 heli, and an electric heli for indoor flying during the winters. so far i've got 2 out of 3, i think if my parents knew this plan they wouldn't be so hard on me about spending my money, yet i don't wanna tell them cause they automatically turn against me when i say i'm getting another heli.

oh and i recently watched a russel peters comedy show (downloaded not live), that was about 45 mins long and all i have to say is,if u haven't seen it yet, ur missing out on a lot of laughter. anywho, i'll catch up with u guys later, c ya
